Lauren grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She completed her medical diploma, family medicine residency, and fellowship in Maternal and Child Health at McGill University in Montreal. She then spent a year in Newfoundland as a general practitioner, and also worked part time in sexual health and long-term care of the elderly. She is excited to be part of the South Hill team and enjoys the collaborative atmosphere. Her areas of interest are contraception, paediatrics and women’s health. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys the outdoors, art and music and her baby boy born in 2016.
Lauren is expecting her second baby and will be on maternity leave in 2019.
