Our staff answers the phone between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. and again between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. If you get the answering machine during these hours, PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE, and you will get a callback. If you do not answer, you will receive a message to call back again. You will not receive multiple callbacks.

If you have an urgent medical concern, please book an appointment online or email us to request an urgent appointment for the same or next day. If your doctor or nurse practitioner is unavailable, this will be booked with another care provider.

If you have a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or visit the nearest emergency room.

If you have a question after the clinic is closed that can't wait until tomorrow, you can call the nurses' line at 8-1-1, which is available 24 hours a day.
